Cult together with Fritz Hansen hosted ‘In Conversation with Jaime Hayon’ – a one-hour Q&A with the accclaimed Spanish designer, moderated by Vogue Living’s Editor-in-Chief, Neale Whitaker.

With thanks to Republic of Fritz Hansen, Cult proudly hosted acclaimed Spanish designer and artist Jaime Hayon this past week in Melbourne and Sydney. As part of his visit, we presented a public Q&A "In Conversation with Jaime Hayon" at Carriageworks to share his insights with the local creative community in Sydney. The Q&A was moderated by the ever-articulate Neale Whitaker, editor-in-chief of Vogue Living.

Prompted by a series of insightful questions, Jaime captivated the audience of more than 450 people with stories of creativity and design, and discussed his playful design approach, influences and interests. The completely sold-out event was followed by drinks inside Carriageworks, amongst the unique industrial backdrop it is famed for.

For those that missed the evening, a wrap-up of the Q&A is now live on Vogue Living here

The unique industrial setting at Carriageworks provided the perfect backdrop for our Q&A event with Jaime Hayon, Neale Whitaker and Fritz Hansen.

Jaime and Neale command the stage, seated comfortably in one of Jaime's most well known designs - the Ro Chair for Fritz Hansen.

Full house captivated by Jaime and Neale's discussion.
