  • Current showroom status:

Under the recent nationwide lockdown, our Auckland showroom will be closed during the Level 4 Lockdown. We continue to monitor government rules and recommendations and we will provide our customers and clients with updates to our closure dates as, when or if changes occur.

 

  • Are your team still available for ordering and for enquiries?

Absolutely! Our trade and retail teams are working from home and are available via phone, email and virtual consultation from Monday-Friday between 8:30am - 5:30pm.

  • What are virtual consultations and how do I book one?

We want to ensure that even without a showroom visit, you can still access the necessary product information needed to make an informed decision on the next order for your home or project. Our experienced team of consultants are available via Zoom or FaceTime for tailored one-on-one virtual consultations, and are equipped with product imagery, presentations, data sheets and advice.

  • How can I ensure I receive updates from Cult, including your showroom opening status?

 

We want to ensure you stay up to date with Cult news and updates during this time of uncertainty. Be sure to check in on this page for updates, subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on social media.

 

  • Are there any effects to delivery of current orders?

 

If you are expecting your order during over the Level 4 lockdown period, we will be in touch with you to re-schedule the next available delivery following the lockdown completion.   • Are there any effects to product lead-times?

Our international brand partners are working in-line with government advice and regulations to ensure that the safety of partners, employees, and customers is prioritized, whilst ensuring that there are minimal disruptions to manufacturing, production and lead-times.
